About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and relational Christian leader to step into the role of Deputy National Director – Curriculum, QIP & Educational Leadership.
This senior position provides national leadership across:
- Curriculum development (ELC & OSHC) and audits
- National QIP and self-assessment cycles
- Educational mentoring and professional learning
- Support educators with managing challenging behaviours
- Strengthening documentation, learning evidence & A&R readiness across all services
You will work closely with the National Director, alongside the Deputy Director Quality, Compliance & Operations, the National Operations & Compliance Coordinator, and centre-based teams across ELC and OSHC.
This full-time position will commence January 2026 and will be located at the Erina Head Office, Central Coast NSW. Enjoy regular travel to centres, building relationships and supporting teams onsite with some WFH.
Requirements
About you
You are a strong educational leader with a passion for building capability in others.
You will bring:
- Experience as an Educational Leader, teacher, or senior educational administrator
- Strong understanding of EYLF, MTOP, ACECQA, and A&R processes
- Demonstrated experience improving documentation and curriculum planning
- Highly developed communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation, auditing and attention-to-detail capabilities
- A vibrant Christian faith and a servant-hearted leadership approach
Desirable:
- Multi-site leadership experience
- Experience in Christian early learning or faith-based school environments
- Certificate IV TAE or postgraduate study in leadership, coaching or curriculum
