About SmartPlay
SmartPlay Early Learners (SP) is a national brand operated by Christian Education Ministries (CEM) with a growing network of Early Learning Centres and OSHC around Australia. SP is wholeheartedly committed to excellence in early childhood education so that children are “well known, well loved, and well taught” by dedicated, trained Educators. The SP vision is to nurture, love and introduce every child to God.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled National Administration and CRM Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative support to SmartPlay Early Learners and OSHC services.
In this role, you will support enrolment management, CRM systems, CCS administration, and family account processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong administrative practices across all SmartPlay services. You will work closely with centre teams to assist with enrolments, family enquiries, and administrative systems that support the day-to-day operation of our services.
You will also contribute to the organisation and improvement of SmartPlay’s internal documentation, procedures, and administrative systems, helping centres access clear and consistent information and resources.
Experience supporting administration across multiple services, including CRM management and client account administration (such as enrolments, fee enquiries and debt follow-up), would be highly regarded.
This position is primarily an administrative coordination role, supporting the smooth and efficient operation of SmartPlay services while upholding our Christian values and commitment to high-quality care for children and families.
You will work closely with both National and Centre-based teams across Early Learning Centres (ELC) and OSHC services.
This part-time (3 days per week) maternity leave position is a 12-month appointment, commencing early April 2026, and is based at the SmartPlay Head Office in Erina, Central Coast NSW. Some travel may be required to support centre operations.
