About Smartplay - Marsden Park

SmartPlay Early Learners - Marsden Park provides quality care and education within a purpose built Early Learning Service for children aged 3 yrs to school age. In addition we provide an OSHC service, for school aged children, for Australian Christian College Marsden Park, providing before school and after school care and vacation care.

About the role

If you're keen to inspire a dedicated team of educators whilst building strong relationships with families, then you're invited to consider this exciting opportunity.

The Centre Director is responsible for growing the SmartPlay Early Learners at Marsden Park in conjunction with a support team from Head Office and Australian Christian College - Marsden Park. The Centre Director will coordinate all day to day center operations such as administration, health & safety, and staff development, in addition to developing a positive culture that results in a quality childcare and early learning experience. The role also entails the management of staff rosters and coordination of an Early Learners budget.

The position commences Term 1 2024.

About You

• You hold a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education.
• You will be expected to ensure all regulatory obligations are met including NQF, NQS and the EYLF.
• You possess a capacity to lead with a hands-on approach.
• You’re highly motivated and able to build the Centre’s enrollment.
• You’re confident in the use of technology.
• You have a servant heart and vibrant Christian faith.
